Julang (Jay) Mundine is a proud Budjalung/Wiradjuri man from Dubbo.
He began an apprenticeship in the HVAC industry over 16 years ago and has gained a complete understanding of the HVAC industry from top to bottom throughout his career. Positions he has served in include project management, sales management, service management, technical support and installation. He has spent the last 5 years as a sales manager for an air-conditioning and refrigeration wholesaling company
Julang is currently a director of Nyungga Black, working alongside his Father and brother promoting Indigenous businesses in various industries. Julang is also active in the sporting community, holding the Treasurer role with the Centurions Gridiron Club, and the General Manager role for the ACT Gridiron League.
He now invests his time helping Aboriginal people like himself succeed in life and providing training in management and directorship while teaching them a trade and helping them build skills they will have for life.
Our mission is to train and help Indigenous people. The mission starts in the air conditioning and refrigeration trade and extends into other related areas, including project management and business administration.
We are an active member of the community who supports local projects and sporting organisations.
